Especially in 2010, we have restructured existing loans together with the respective financiers. In most cases, this was accompanied by a reduction of the loan value due to earned equity and necessary adjustments of the covenants. We provide all these financing processes in-house so that our clients and/or co-investors can enjoy a conflict-free transaction.
