After defining the specific investment aims and priorities with our co-investors and/or clients, our transaction team works to provide within a short time frame with attractive investment opportunities and strategies.

We develop detailed, ready-to-be-signed MoUs (Memorandum of Understanding), which include a definition of agreed modus operandi as well as standard exclusivity agreements.

The core of our services consists in performing and monitoring of the subsequent Due Diligence (DD) as well as the connected contact negotiations. We prefer to cooperate with already existing DD partners or recommend quality checked DD service providers, covering the whole range: legal, tax, financial, environmental and technical examinations.
